About Me

Shannon grew up in New London, Connecticut. She relocated back to Connecticut in 2016 after living in North Carolina. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Shannon spent many years working in the financial industry.

She was trained at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy graduating in 2010. She specializes in therapeutic massage. Each massage is tailored to the specific needs of the client. 

Shannon is also a Certified 200hr Kripalu Yoga Instructor. She often uses the techniques that she has learned through yoga and Thai massage in her massages. 

Shannon lives in Colchester, with her daughter Sierra.
